Plain-language marketplace terms. Last updated: 2026. Engagements between employers and talent are additionally governed by the applicable agreement (Independent Contractor, Sales Representative, Campaign, Team, or Commission Agreement).
SalesRepsForHire.com is a marketplace that connects businesses (employers) with sales professionals, teams, and agencies (talent). We are not a party to the engagement between an employer and talent, we are not an employer of the talent on the platform, and we are not a recruiting agency acting for either side unless a managed-service order says otherwise in writing.
Employers must be authorized to post opportunities for their organization. Talent must be legally permitted to work in the geographies they select and must hold any licenses a posted opportunity requires. One person or organization may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate verification, reviews, rankings, or referral bonuses.
Talent performance claims may be self-reported, employer-verified, manager-verified, platform-verified, or transaction-verified — the level is always shown. Misstating production, identity, or compensation is grounds for removal. Employers must post genuine opportunities with accurate classification (1099/W-2/contract), compensation, expense, and payment terms.
Compensation terms are agreed between employer and talent. Where the platform processes payments or holds funds, stated triggers (per appointment, per close/install, per producing period) govern release. Commission clawbacks, chargebacks, and disputes are resolved per the signed engagement or campaign agreement; our role is limited to enforcing platform rules (fraud, misrepresentation, abuse) and, where applicable, our payment-reputation scoring.
Employer plans, performance-recruiting fees, placement fees, and any marketplace take rate are stated at checkout or in your service order before you are charged. Free tiers may limit searches, contacts, or postings. Fees never apply to talent for receiving invitations.
No fake identities or fabricated production. No bait-and-switch postings, unpaid-commission schemes, or misleading compensation claims. No scraping at volumes that degrade service, no automated abuse of messaging, and no use of the AI assessment tooling to generate deceptive content.
AI roleplay and matching features are decision support, not a guarantee of placement or production. Match percentages are based on stated inputs; the underlying factors are shown and never hidden in a black-box score.
The marketplace is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law; we are not liable for lost profits or hire outcomes arising from third-party engagements. Either side may close an account at any time; provisions covering verified records, payment obligations, and fraud enforcement survive closure. Governing law and dispute venue follow your service order.
