What we collect
Account data you give us: name, work email, phone number, company name, and the roles, industries, geographies, and compensation expectations you choose to publish or request.
Production data: performance claims (sales closed, close rates, campaigns) and the verification status attached to them. Verification status is shared only as a badge level — underlying documents stay private.
How we use it
To match employer demand to available talent and operate invitations, applications, interviews, and offers.
To verify identity, experience, and production claims — and to show verification levels to the other side of the marketplace.
To detect fraud, fake identities, manipulated production, and payment abuse on both sides of the marketplace.
To improve matching and produce aggregate, anonymized market intelligence (supply/demand ratios, compensation ranges). Aggregate data never identifies you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information or your candidate list to brokers.
We do not expose your compensation expectations, contact details, or documents to other users except as part of an invitation, application, or published profile you control.
We do not send unmoderated character attacks through the review system; reviews are structured and tied to verified engagements.
Your controls
You control profile visibility, availability status, and who can contact you.
You can export or delete your account data on request; verified production records tied to completed engagements may be retained in anonymized aggregate form.
